Refund Policy

At G.R. Enterprise, we are committed to delivering high-quality products. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please read the following policy carefully.

1 Eligibility for Refund or Replacement

You may be eligible for a refund or replacement if:

  • The product received is damaged upon delivery.

  • The product received is significantly different from what was ordered (wrong item, wrong quantity).

  • The product is defective in quality or unfit for consumption upon arrival, supported by photographic evidence.

Requests must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery by contacting us at gr.entreprise.export@gmail.com with your order number and clear photographs of the issue.

2 Non-Eligible Cases

Refunds or replacements will not be issued for:

  • Change of mind after the order has been dispatched.

  • Products that have been opened, partially consumed, or improperly stored by the customer.

  • Minor natural variations in colour, size, or appearance inherent to agricultural products.

  • Delays caused by third-party logistics providers or customs clearance processes.

  • International orders where customs have seized or held the package.

3 Refund Process

Once your claim is reviewed and approved:

  • A replacement shipment will be arranged at no extra cost, or

  • A store credit or full refund will be issued within 7–14 business days to the original payment method, depending on the nature of the issue.

4 Return Shipping

If a physical return is required, G.R. Enterprise will provide instructions. Return shipping costs may be covered by us in cases of damaged or incorrect items.
